Apparently the Betfred Cup starts on Tuesday 6th October (no idea why the league therefore cannot have started by then!!) so we will have played 3 games in that as well as the 2 league matches before the Hibs semi-final. All 5 group game dates are being played over the international breaks in October and November so we may be without a player or two for these fixtures.

I don't think postponing will be in a option this year and suspect we will want the fixtures especially with the ridiculous Scottish Cup game in mind. Usually nonsensical pish re the league not starting but other games being played which seem to involve clubs of all leagues too.

I agree we'll need the games but we could be severely restricted if quite a few players are called up to their various countries.

The whole thing is a fucking shambles.
