Think the whole decision stands on whether it was deliberate or not. That's the rule these days anyway. But the refs discretion seems to change from incident to incident.

In that situation what do you expect him to do? Ã‚ All he needs to do is put a slight touch on it to see it past the keeper, which he did. Ã‚

It obv did hit of his arm due to the position of his body Ã‚ but it wasn't deliberate so not a foul by the law of the game. Ã‚ He didn't exactly maradonna it in did he?

Can understand why Juve kicked up a fuss about it but it should've stood. Ã‚ As i said tho every ref views these things different. Ã‚ The rule is it's a foul if it's deliberate but some refs will call a foul even if it quite obviously wasn't... like in this situation.
