Fifteen years late to the party, but watched The Jinx over the last two nights. Might be the most satisfying end to a documentary ever. And I pretty much knew what the twist was but it's still wonderful.

If you've not seen it then it's a must see. Above average true crime, with a perfect finale.

Finished up Pluribus the other night. Found it a bit of a slog but I think a lot of that's down to Gilligan being so good at writing unlikeable characters.

Aye there isn't one likeable character in it which makes it tough to grab you in.

I felt the same by the end of it but I'll stick with it, felt the same about the first season of Breaking Bad.

Started the second season of Hijack the other night, this is going to be off the scale nonsense

I thought it was a slow burner, and although it was decent I definitely felt it’s a bit overrated.

Currently watching the shining girls, a supernatural thriller and a bit different from my normal tastes, decent so far.

Season 2 of Hijack is powerfully dull. They've been travelling on a subway train for about 4hrs now, unless they're on the Glasgow underground I don't see how they're still going.

But that's just the in practicality, beyond that almost nothing interesting happens. Twice was once to often to the well for this gimmick

In fairness, season 1 was also an absolute load of shite. But it was fun; this is awful. The only thing worse than the main storyline is the ex wife in scotchland and max beesley cutting about Westminster and none of them doing a single thing.

Atleast the night manager picked up when Hugh Laurie came back.

Still won't watch it. Same for Ted Lasso, Mrs Maisel. They had their run and they ended, some better than others. If they want to do a spin-off and try something different then i'd consider it but i've no interest in getting the band back together.
