If you take my suggested line-up and play Fraser instead of Paterson*, you can see that barring Mulgrew there are no English lower league players. Only EPL or SPFL players selected.
*All going well, Paterson will be in the EPL next year too.
As an aside, I forgot we have Snodgrass too.
Hopefully Blackburn are back in the championship next season, as our captain playing in league one is unacceptable.
