You can't simply jail someone for making an honest mistake. It's a terrible thing to happen (to this lady and the 19 motorcyclist) but there's no point in ruining someone elses life over it. Shit happens! It's shit! But Unfortunately it happens.
Agreed. A tragic accident. Don't see what is to gain from jailing her, she has to live with it for the rest of her life.
