Wormwood on Netflix. Have watched doco's on this before. Its about Frank Olson who was a scientist in the 1950's in America for (in a round about way) for the CIA. The official line is he committed suicide by jumping out a New York hotel room window room.

Its the back story of MK Ultra and the "potential" that America in the Korean war dropped chemicals on Korea. As a whole its a fascinating story which in truth is about Frank Olson's son and the families fight for justice and how it changed his life and the path he may have taken if he was not involved in it.

If you like a good conspiracy, well worth the 6 episodes watch. The CIA are absolute buggers who seem to think they have a free hand.

Stuck on Black Mirror last night, ended up staying up until 7am watching the whole season. Warnock

It's as good as always, just amazing storytelling. I'd say episodes 1, 2 and 4 are top tier and exactly what you want, great stories well executed. 6 was good but not as good as the Christmas one from season two which has a similar structure and 3 was also pretty good. Wasn't a fan of episode 5 though, the b&w didn't bother me I just felt the story was a bit pointless and the payoff at the end wasn't that great.

Another really good season although it was maybe lacking some of the psychological discomfort of previous seasons, still enjoyed it a lot.

Manhunt Unabomber was amazing and I disagree that it fizzled out towards the end. Episode 7 brilliant.

Bashed through the first couple, thought the second in particular was excellent Pretty good

Will report back tomorrow morning having stayed up all night watching them.

Second was very good, a little blunt in it's message but if that message is true who cares? It's just what you want from Black Mirror, social commentary with a chunk of sci-fi and thriller elements.

4th episode is probably my favourite of the season.

Episode 4 GodIsGod

Generally tend to prefer the ones with one or two characters over the larger ensemble casts in fairness.

I guess the ending

is what Brooker meant when he said some of these would be more uplifting than the previous series. Actually a really good twist when you're probably expecting them to be separated.

Star Trek one was probably my favourite. Episode 4 was a good ending though.

I like the ones that are exaggerated versions of the future. My favourite ever one across the entire show was the Japanese horror video game. So good.

I'm watching it. Really enjoying it actually.

Not sure how many episodes but it seems to have a bit left in it.

Trying to get into Mindhunter again. Started off pretty slowly but 4 episodes in now and it's starting to pick up.

Glad I've given it a second chance.

SAS who dares wins GodIsGod

It's actually refreshing to see a tv show that celebrates what being a man is. No doubt someone will kick up fuck and demand a woman's version next year Monty Oh Well

A similar series called SAS: Are You Tough Enough was made about 15 years ago and it had both men and women in it. Similar to this, the first series was done in Scotland, then they done a series in the jungle and one in the desert.

Enjoyed watching them when I was younger. SAS Survival Secrets was another and one of the first to properly open up about how they operate. Sure they were both by the BBC. Decent watch if you're into it.
