I watched a bit, it's amazing and you probably will greet or hold it in and display your pent emotions in impotent rage if you are me.

Through the first three episodes of Fargo.
Great characters all round and especially BBT's. Love the dark humour.

Watched the latest installment of Dynasties last night, love it.

Fargo is amazing

Folk like that 'its always sunny in Philadelphia' on here eh? I watched a number of episodes and feel like I'm waiting for it to be funny. Feels like I'm watching the big bang theory or any number of these painfully unfunny American shows.

You probably don't get it bud.

Obviously not, it doesn't seem that clever though, just a bit loud and seems like the type of thing stupid people would sit and laugh their cock off at for no real reason.

As someone new to it all Lewis I'd say the first 4 seasons (if you're starting from the beginning) are 'more raw' if you could call it that and somewhat tame (by later season standards). De vito's arrival seems to 'big budget it' so-to-speak. I'm currently nearing the end of Season 9; the last 3-4 seasons have been generally good, albeit kinda whack! in many episodes. In this period I'd say you're probably hitting the "I enjoyed that one" around 50% of the time.
Almost done season 2 of Fargo and I can't say it's really dropped in term of quality at all; just a bit of a different feel to it.

Episode 5 of The Haunting of Hill House.
![]() Also, finished s4 of Better Call Saul. Still feels like absolutely nothing ever happens, and Mike quite irritates me as a character, but it's still really compelling for some reason.

It's brilliant. Rewatching it all just now actually. Season three onwards is superb.

Just finished S1 of The Sinner (Biel
) and on to S2 - it's struggling to keep up with the first season, but I suppose it'll get better.

As for the Haunted hill House, watched the whole thing over Halloween sort of time, it's pretty fucked up tbf, I don't really get scared easy but had a couple of dodgy dreams on the back of watching that

It is nothing like friends, Big Bang theory etc. What a terrible comparison
if anything it's the opposite.
11-23-2018, 08:25 AM
It seems like the same to me, just lower budget in the first few seasons at least, I don't know where the funny bits are, rolling about on a university campus floor, toilet papering a house or racing through a 'mall' in wheelchairs, sorry but I just can't find that funny.

I think it's because they are American and in a group. That is where the similarities start and finish.
