New series of Last Chance U with basketball. Hopefully get back to more stories about the kids being off the rails but talented as fuck, rather than motivational car rides with fat, middle aged coaches.

Onto the 3rd episode and yeah does seem more like the earlier seasons
Don't think I've ever wanted any of the kids in this to succeed more than the laddie Deshaun
The Terror, 2018 TV series, ...
Horror drama around Franklin's ill-fated NW Passage expedition.
Six episodes into the first series and really enjoying it.
Was quite stange to see the shaman, a man I know, not well but his son is a former colleague and good friend. One night I was in the community they're from and got invited round for a few drinks, needless to say by the end of the night we were all pretty steaming, and quite surreal to have his dad drum dancing in the kitchen/living room.
It's on BBC iPlayer if you haven't seen it, and fancy some mid 19th Century mad dogs & englishmen.

It's decent but just not enough action for me, a hell of a lot of time spent with his shrink and family. His son is an utter cock.
I think i enjoyed it the most when they got that guy with the pony tail over from italy and he started battering fuck out of folk.
That didn't last long though, he was soon doing cringy dances and falling in love with tony's wife.

Finished, The Terror this evening. It was better that I thought it was going to be.
Anyone seen it? 500 build-up minutes of unease and ultimately depravity.

Nice one. Think I managed the first two episodes when it was released on some free AMC trial but didn't bother with the subscription thereafter. Pretty certain they didn't release it on Amazon in North America after the series had finsihed so forgot about it. Not 'til they were discussing it on Radio Scotland last week did I think yas, that'll fill some time.
Also know the inuk that fed the seaman some meat, and the Inuit leader at the end was recently cancelled up north for being a bit of a creep.
