Pretty nostalgic yet was a decent movie so 7/10.

Suppose if you don't know who hibs are you wouldn't really click.

I don't mind some of the subtle references like there were hibs stories on Spuds wall, and some others that you'd only get if you were from Edinburgh. Even if it's hibs pish I'd prefer that to the way that obviously Welsh wanted in the film.

It just reeks of hibs, every obvious Welsh input into the film is shit. Him acting, his casual pal acting, then hibs stuff. So many uncalled for things just to massage his ego.

I have loads of criticisms of T2 but I still can't find myself saying I didn't enjoy it. Probably going to be my favourite film of the year.

Eddie the Eagle - Load of shite. Not nearly good enough to justify the constant clichés and the fact that 98% of it is synthetic.

T2 - quite enjoyed it, some bits felt completely shoe horned in though, the obvious one being that Welsh cretin getting a part :Wiggo

Didn't mind it myself, not going to be rushing back to watch it but it was enjoyable enough

Olympus has fallen.

Some of the lines were outrageously cheesey Warnock

Not a bad film to chuck on in the background I suppose.

6/10.

Split - 4/10

Genuinely pissed me off.  A good film up until the last 20 minutes then just turned to absolute nonsense.  A good opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues completely wasted.

Surely the film isn't meant to be about raining awareness of personality disorder?

It's a horror/thriller meant to make you shite yourself Laugh

The first hour was spent explaining the condition, the abuse which had led to it etc.

Then
MacAvoy just turns into a 'beast' :Jose
Either make a film highlighting the condition or make a horror.  Don't use it in some shite horror story.

And it wasn't even scary.

Hacksaw Ridge - excellent 8.5/10. For all of Gibson's faults he certainly knows how to do action. Some real stomach churning scenes.

Behind the Candelabre - The Liberace biopic with michael douglas and matt damon. It's tremendous, really funny and the two leads are brilliant. Rob Lowe's cameo is perfect.

It's on iplayer, there's a few decent films on there atm actually.
