You should use sticks, not sprays. Sprays are shite. You're actually meant to spray yourself the night before you want the 'protection', according to most spray bottles. Sprays are for pre-pubescent boys.

Anyway, rub the stick under each pit. Since I started using sticks I have stopped pit sweating almost completely.

I am assuming you are using antiperspirant, rather than deodrants?
