Didn't realise you were pals with him, that's nice.

I'm not saying I even dislike the guy, he's completely inoffensive - it's purely a comment on his stage presence. The level of his fame seems strangely disproportionate to his talent, in a genre where the quality of the voice is much more important than your standard chart type stuff.

What's the #THFconsensus on Amy Schumer? Had never seen any of her stuff before but people seem to rave about her so gave her show a go earlier.

Do people feel that they'll be called out as sexist if they say they don't rate her? Was expecting something genuinely cutting edge but she struck me as little more than an American version of Sarah Millican.

Fair play, will maybe give her a second chance. Just found it to be a lot more miss than hit, and the whole 'I'm not conventionally Hollywood attractive' shtick is nowhere near as funny as she thinks it is.
