And here's the rub. I'd be willing to bet you've met loads of girls who were quite flat chested and got a boob job and they now just look like women with an average bust. I know two or three women who've had boob jobs and you'd never be able to tell.

Sure, there are lots of women who get big fake diddies, but i'd imagine the majority fly under the radar. As much as boobs can fly under the radar. It's a bit like when arseholes say they can always spot a gay guy, and they miss the fact that it's a false-positive, and if they didn't know someone was gay, because they didn't fit their criteria, they'd be dismissed from the sample.
