Got my license revoked for getting 6 points I think it was. Very stupid and only recently am I not paying ridiculous insurance premiums as a result.

The two boys said that as long as I paid within 28 days I would get 3points and the fine and that would be that. Going to court and it can. Come dangerous driving etc.

But they probably could have arrested me aye

I did get chased and pulled over due to a so called dodgy pass but because I could see the car coming they were fine. It was about half a mile away when I started to overtake. They thought I didn't see it. I still don't really understand their logic.

If you pay the ticket they're barred from reporting it to COPFS for their consideration. If you don't, and they report it, the fiscals could offer you another conditional penalty (pay it and they won't prosecute) or prosecute you for whatever they feel they have the evidence for.

47 in a 30 wouldn't be dangerous driving in itself (can see the argument for 60+mph though), assuming you weren't swerving all over the place while posting dank memes on TalkHearts on your phone.

I get it, I have an IPad myself. However there are lots of decent alternatives nowadays.
