Imo the potential 'approved' ones are the ones that make people think you're a headcase when you bring up actual legit issues, i.e. bring up Bill Gates and the vaccine and people think you're on about microchips and that/bring up the extensively documented existence of elite paedophiles and they think you're qanon. This is my meta-conspiracy theory and it's a hill I will die on.

Monsanto (now under the Bayer umbrella) are a perfect example of how Big Pharma and agri business are directly dictating the future trajectory of about 80% of the globe. We are in relative privilege so don't see the affects first hand. Ask Indian farmers their views on folk like bill gates regarding the capture of seed production and fertlilsers. Agri workers commiting suicide on a daily basis.
