What is it with Americas obsession with knocking things down? Madison Square Garden is a terrible building in comparison. Makes no sense.

They’ve not got a lot to preserve tbf. That building would’ve only been about 40/50 year old when it was demolished.

Europe has the originals they’ve got the neoclassical copies. It’s quite a late example of neoclassical at that.
