Craig Levein basically does that with our first team squad.

I don't think it's about getting them "buzzing" or "oh that's so inspiring".

Rodgers is aware that some of these players will be coming through to the first team in 3-4 years time, and him giving 15-20 minutes of his time in between their games offer practical advice of what to do in certain situations and in-game/tactical advice will see their development increase so much quicker. It's actually genuinely beneficial to their development not just "OH MA GAWD A MET THE SELLICK MANAGER"

Put it this way, my thoughts weren't positive. How could they be: Celtic, boys looking stiff scared and a dodgy looking man in black. Monty Umm

Average crowds this weekend...

Scottish Premiership: 19,768
Ligue 1: 18,934
English Championship: 18,354
Eredivisie: 13,211

Probably a fraction of the tv deals of those leagues though Monty Oh Well

He's been ripped apart in the CL when up against real quality.

Think this deal means that he will go and Celtic ensuring they will get top dollar for him. Can see him at Spurs, especially with Danny Rose hotly tipped to go to Man United.

I reckon he's been their best player in Europe (under constant pressure from top class players) and done well for Scotland. He's a cracking prospect and will comfortably be Scotland's best player for quite a while. His assist against Aberdeen the other night was ridiculous.

Aye punt and chase.  Worked against Smith but most teams will suss that out very quickly.

Keen to see Skinny get given more game time.  Don't think he done much on Saturday but was good in the first half against St Johnstone.
