It's not really hacking is it? It's just malware that encrypts files until the password to un-encrypt is entered.

The smoking gun; strategic nuclear attack imminent. Apparently it was the US NSA or whatever they're called that commissioned some work done to avoid just such occurence and it was nicked, and now well lets make DRK the scapegoat.
