I have read that as well. It was being mentioned as a reason some women feel ashamed or are reluctant to come forward after a rape - they internalise the fact that they orgasm and therefore must have 'wanted it'. Also the hymen doesn't necessarily break during sex so you cant use the fact that there is one of evidence that there's been no sex (which was used as evidence in a police drama on TV or something and was wrong or something).

Not everybody owns a home; homeless obviously, students, those that live in rented/communal properties that forbid smoking.  It may actually criminalize more folks especially in light of the $250Million announced for enhanced enforcement.

So either order online or drive 100s kms for many folks.

Anyway, this is just Ontario, and the first to come out on it so probably being overly cautious; here's hoping the other provinces are a bit more relaxed on the issue, like BC

One significant issue with that plan. Those standalone stores will, of course, have bank accounts. They might (will) find those being closed if their banks do any business with the US.

Possibly but I suspect not Shaun. I'm pretty sure that Coloarado hasn't been forced into a situation where everybody now just sleeps with their Bennies under their pillows.

But seriously, I can't understand why they didn't just use the current infrastructure (if they're going down the state-sponsored gov distribution method) and use the LCBOs (Liquor Control Board of Ontario). They have properly trained staff and a long established program to deter minors. Plus encouraging folks to have a wee puff with your 12 pack of Blue should lead to less mayhem.
