Aye got to agree with what she says there. For some of this stuff though it's only harrassment if they don't find the person attractive. #IStandWithMags

The map I linked to shows that people can be put on the sex offenders' registry for urinating in a public place. Being placed on that registry then makes international travel more or less impossible even now. The article I linked to above - which you couldn't be arsed to read - details what happens to kids and young adults when they're put on the sex offenders' registry for frequently absolutely absurd reasons. And another map I linked to shows that in at least 29 states, sex between a 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl may require the offender to be placed on the register: with all that that entails. Those 16-year-old boys will now have that conviction placed inside their passports. It's abhorrent.
Shaun, most countries in the world they will travel to wont consider pissing in the street a sex offense you utter welt.
"The State Department, which issues U.S. passports, said it will start notifying those affected as soon as it receives their names from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Department of Homeland Security. That agency is charged with identifying child sex offenders and is the sole agency that can add or remove someone from the list."

If being on the register makes international travel near impossible, how did Shaun get to Uruguay?
