Brutal news, in the same week the SG are getting a hard time for mental health and coupled with the fact it's the leading cause of death for young men you'd hope it will get someone to wake up to some extra investment into working on the issues.
Only small mercy for the family (assuming it is him as there is a lot of people go off there) is the body washed up quickly and didn't go on for weeks like a lot of others do.
Only seen him 2 weeks ago playing at the Art School.
Must have seen Frightened Rabbit at least 10 times over the years and Midnight Organ Fight is one of my favourite albums.
So sad he felt this was the only option. He was and always will be loved by so many folk. Can't imagine what is brother is going through right now.
I think he had phoned someone close and was distressed. He was known to disappear for days at a time to collect his thoughts so the family must have had a fair bit of hope. Terrible.
