I used them a few times last year for day trips down to Manchester to visit one of our suppliers, for business commutes they did the job and the staff were always pleasant

Flew to London with Flybe a couple years ago, was decent. Apparently flights were turned round and diverted mid air because the planes needed to be seized : Monty LewLew
