Vapours were the start of boots not having much to them.

Remember i borrowed a pair of my mates and vowing never to wear a plasticy pair of boots again after the pain of your feet getting stood on in them Laugh

I used to buy the Total 90 stuff, I've still got my old pair from my playing days.

Kelme used to make superb boots back in the day. Used to run about with a boy who'd signed for Oldham Athletic, and he was constantly coming back up the road with bags full of boots.

Warnock

Think he made a hefty wedge selling them on to us. Although, I think that might have played a part in him then being released.... Monty Oh Well

I remember when the coloured boot thing began, Lotto were the one's I remember most. The folk wearing them at junior levels were nailed on diddies who had no skillz or ability.

Think my favourite boots were way back. Preds with the white soles and red blades, absolute classics.

I liked the F50's with the black mesh and white front anaw, feel like I scored a bag full when I wore them.

First boots I got were Ryan Giggs signature reeboks, picked them over puma kings Wiggo at high school I got the second edition preds that beckham lobbed Neil Sullivan with back in the day, my mates big bro played for st Johnstone so my next pair were George O'Boyles Nike Tiempo mouldies with the Nike ticks taken off and whipped out the st Johnstone boot room Pinilla
Eventually got puma king mouldies and they are without a doubt the best boot ever made, wore them to death and upgraded to cops mundials which are great but the old puma kings were night and day imo

BOTC. Best boots ever.

My vapours lasted me approximately 40 minutes. Boy sliced them open with his stud first game I wore them  Monty But

Total 90's were decent also.
