As far as I can tell, he's the same age as Dikamona, has made 150 more career appearances at a higher level and has played twice as many games in his last two full seasons. Aside from an ankle break nine years ago and a long-term injury in 2016 and 2017, he's played regularly and looking at Twitter, quite a few Ipswich fans wanted to re-sign him. He gets a few goals too.
He might well end up being shite/crocked because everyone we sign does but as stop-gap signings in the Championship go, this seems like a very reasonable one to me.
