The bbc were saying that all the rules are chained to the tiers system and as we are now outwith that then there may require to be more legislation go through parliament to enforce any of it.

As someone from recent experience in another country, just opening up the doors fully will see you back with tighter restrictions within a month. Honestly it's better to progressively do it.

However, outdoor gatherings/crowds should be prioritised over fucking nightclubs and that. Don't see a problem with getting 12k in Tynecastle for the next game with some away fans.

I assume the problem for the council is that everyone will be in the pubs beforehand? (poorly ventilated areas)

At present if your in the pub you have to wear a face mask when walking to the toilet under the new restrictions, and you can't stand at the bar to have a pint. However if you're in a night club and on the dance floor with 2/300 other folk masks aren't required. It's an absolute shambles. Warnock

Compared to the utter dross we have signed its a complete no brainer.

Would def be happy with shankland but I'd rather not send walker away because of a fall out with neilson who lets be honest, seems to fall out with his shadow.

I'd rather keep Walker as an impact sub but if he thinks he should be starting despite there being solid evidence he can't manage 90 minutes and is often a passenger when he does start a few games then something has to give.

The club won't, and shouldn't, match half a million for Shankland so can't see that one going anywhere.

At least one other striker is needed two if Gnandulliet departs. I think Gnandulliet could a be reasonably useful squad player but if he's unhappy and acting up, best to get rid. Since Roberts has clearly been frozen out, he should depart as well. Don't want to see the squad flooded with Wyscout specials but there really needs to be 3-4 signings before this window is up. The squad is dangerously thin.
