If we perform 'average' or 'good' in Conference league but 'bad' in Europa league (most likely scenario) then it's 300,000 or 1 million pounds more for europa conference.

Or am I reading that wrong?

I would expect us to get pumped in almost every fixture in europa league group. The rewards are exponentially higher if we destroy everyone in our Europa League group though, granted.

Sorry, I don't have access to the full article, but I was always under the impression that its slightly more money if you qaulify for conference league and win a couple of games compared to europa league and get pumped.

Feel like it's almost six and two shrees when it comes to conference league and europa league groups, really comes down to luck and we couldn't have got more unlucky the last time.

It's the big group thing next season, so it's 8 games I think and you need to finish top 24 (maybe?) to get to the knockouts. Don't think there is a fallback to the Europa/conference anymore after the group. If you're out, youre out.

The league gets split into 3 sections. Top third qualify through automatically, middle is playoffs and bottom third is oot.

Is there not a route from the losers of the playoffs in the middle third to drop down to the conf na?

We sell out our stadium no matter what so ticket money is going to be much the same - I'd hope they wouldn't shove the prices up to ridiculous amounts just for playing in a slightly better diddy Euro competition.

Two wins and a draw in conference league would mean we’d earn more than getting pumped every week in the Europa league

It’s all for nothing though because we all know Real are winning the Champions League and Leverkursen are winning the Europa
