She’s calmed down a bit but essentially just been greeting for about 4 hrs since we got her back Fat Cunt

They gave her methadone Warnock

The first couple of days after are the worst. Not being able to take them out for a proper walk can be tough, especially if you have a high-energy breed but it's definitely for the best. The amount of dugs at the park that tried to mount Maple right before we got her spayed Crowe

Probably could have made a fortune if we'd let that poodle have its way with her, Aussie Doodle pups can go for 4-5 grand each Tony Hmm

I had a woman in the park berating me for not letting her have puppies and it was a sin to get her spayed. She was trying to line up her wee ugly whippet as a stud Wiggo

No bother love ill deal with a pregnant dug and a litter of puppies in my tiny one bed flat while your male dug swans about none the wiser in your 4 bed Stockbridge semi detached after his 2 minutes of work.

Jura is back at the vets today, she’s having a terrible time. She’s quite ill and really dehydrated, blood in her shit and that Fat Cunt They’re keeping her in until this evening hopefully just get her pumped full of fluids and that will sort her out. Horrible feeling man ken she’s just a dug but she’s real to me damnit Sob

She’s not just a dug mate, she’s part of the family.

One of our dugs has an underbite and apparently that means they're susceptible to having issues with their throat, nothing major but means he has his saliva and food if he wolfs it down (he always does) can sometimes go down the wrong way and ends up coughing it all up. Had weeks of it and kept thinking he was going to have something major wrong with him, took him to the vets twice, paid nearly £200 for the privilege to find out there's fuck all wrong with him Happy

The weeks of worrying though were horrendous Sob

The bills racking up when you’ve got wedding/honeymoon 2025 in the works btw Sob Sob Sob

It’s actually nippy having an ailment hanging over you because you know you’re going to get stung. Between the spay and this half day monitoring I’m down close to a grand in 3 days Tony You What Going to see if insurance will cover the day but they’re pretty clear a spay and any recovery isn’t covered.

Swear to god we better draw some Bulgarian backwater where the pints are 50p later in the year.

To actually rub it in when we got her home on Monday she was in a lot of pain, she cried out, I went to give her a wee clap and she bit me. Happy

Just turned two and still has her moments but we're safely out of the puppy stage now. It's 100 times better, a few short walks and a decent run each day and she's golden.

Actually starting to look like a proper wee dug now and less of a pup.

Loving being able to take him for proper walks, none of this “5 minutes plus 5 more for every month of age” Get To Woy

Fucked his eye on something the other day. Thankfully the vet consultation was covered with the pet plan we’ve got. Still cost £80 for some eye drops and anti-inflammatories Happy

She is trolling me at this point, the wee daft toy squirrel she hasn’t looked at in months has been pulled out and squeaked constantly for the last 40 mins

Monty Chuckle Maybe take her in the car to big field once a day and let her run until she get's tired.
You're probably going to end up with an even faster dog mind you.
