It's honestly worth just buying a few cheap shit pairs to test colours and styles. I've posted it before but I've got a few pairs from www.toyshades.com. All acrylic and nothing fancy but I picked up 2 pairs at £16 each all in in their 60% off deal the other day. Plenty tortoise shell. Watch though, because there's a few pairs that by themselves look smart then you see them on the boys face. For example, thought these were nice:

Look huge on though

Got myself these:

(looks like one of those 80s portraits for some reason Laugh)

And got a bit brave and chucked in these fellys because they were so cheap.

I'm actually worried about the nick of my face under my scruff. Coming on 4 years since I last wet shaved and had a few scares of the barbers itch in that time. Could be scarred to fuck.
Not a fan of the last ones but I like the other 2. More so the first ones, think I prefer the rim all the way around ( Pinilla :begbie: ) the lens rather than the half rims.

Never realised toy shades did specs too, I've had a few pair of sunglasses from there and was happy enough with the quality for the price.

As you say you check out styles from there and then invest in a decent similar pair if you want to. Don't think I've ever upgraded my sunglasses from toy shades though. Treat them almost as disposable, quite like varying the style.

The last ones I just went for for the colour to try it out. This is them in tortoise.

And in my colour on a bird.

Genuinely do want them Eek

One of these specifically. I'd just look like a rapist without McGregors clobber, or a pair of tits.

I tend to just stick with contacts. The thickness of my lenses mean a pretty unspectacular set of frames, unless I want to spend a fortune, which for the amount of time that I wear them, I don't.

Looks like we're all blind bastards in the THF.

Currently on these:

Can't spend too much on them as I've got this knack for sitting on them.

Seen decent French connection ones that's I was going to buy but had snow camouflage tips Wiggo

They're the ones I bought.

Not sure what my prescription is, think it's -0.75

L -0.25 -0.75
R -0.75

That's what it says on the wee card I got, not sure why the left eye has 2 numbers though.

Very similar to my own. Have a pozzy.

Putitthere

I was quite vain about wearing glasses but now I think they're cool.

I think the 2 numbers means you have astigmatism in your left eye.

I'm a specky cunt too. But I look suave wearing specs.....

He didn't mention anything about that, just said I was a wee bit short sighted but my eyes were fine.

I'll ask them on Friday what it means.

It's just lens measurements. There should be a wee heading above each column. I imagine the second one on the second row is blank because it's 0.0. Picked the bird a pair up and she's 20/20 I one eye and fucked in the other. It happens.

Your numbers aren't far off mine so you'll be similar. Could get away without glasses but having them is a bonus. You're in the zero point range where these jam has cunts are on 6s and 7s.

You're getting their £40 prescription glasses for £8. Sunglasses for a fiver.
