Or people who skip the revive. So many times I make a bee line for the revive and then the person skips it.

More annoying when you're attacking as that's how you end up losing

Ken that is annoying morph, I'm a bit more reserved in my revives now, obviously I'll get my squad up but i will only revive blues if the time is right, I'm not running in getting killed trying to revive a guy who is just sitting hammering X when he can see there's a medic coming for him.
