I was playing with a few other boys earlier and we got down to 3 on 3, the circle was the smallest it could possibly be and we were in it, couldn't see the other team at all, the circle then completely disappeared so the whole map was just storm so we died and came second

I've got the first two - played the first one up til just after the dragon attacks you on the bridge, but then kept getting rekt by the big knight guy up the tower because I didn't want to accept that my skrub skillz weren't good enough to kill him at a low level.

Will have to go back to it.

Going to play Super Mario 64 for the first time on my day off tomorrow. Just never got around to it in the 20-odd years it's been out.

Having my first real go of FM18 tonight, took over Hearts and it turns out I am Cathro.

Used the friendlies to implement my 4-2-3-1 attacking, on the deck style. Started off the Betfred cup well with two wins and a Draw/Pen Win.


Lose 4-0 away to QotS and finish 2nd in the group.


Spend ages working out defensive tactics, what to do if we go a goal down etc. in the first league game away to Celtic. 0-2 up inside 11 mins.
Concede two goals by 18mins, but walk away with a 2-2 draw.


3 away losses in a row to Killie, Rangers and Motherwell.

This squad is so shite, had to bring in some kid from Newcastle to give me 2 wingers for the first team squad. There's no money to work with. Walker starts off the game on the transfer list, so I take him off, give him a new contract and he's still unhappy and gets injuried for the first 6 weeks of the season.

Genuinely hate the club in this game, just running them into the ground until I get fired and can start a new save in the Vanarama Conference.

Have had an opposite experience of Hearts in the new FM, skooshed the group stages of the league cup including a 1-0 win over Hibs  

Lost quite comfortably away to the old firm but apart from that I've been playing quite well. In the league cup semis and sitting 4th in the league. 

Changed to a 4-4-2 after going with a 4-2-3-1 to start with and it made a big difference. That Lafferty and Isma partnership
