Need to kill that Griffin thing - apparently you need to be level 3 or above to be able to kill it, so you've to find shit to do in the wee town to level up. Have found that cunt's brother and have a quest to make a potion for some lassie but have absolutely no idea where to find the ingredients. Can't find any other side quests - just been wandering the paths hoping for something to happen until I get eaten by wolves
I want to play through the campaign but dunno if I can be arsed using Cartman's Live to Win strategy every few parts because I'm not a high enough level to carry on. Will also rage quit immediately if there's a maze level that's part of the main story. Fucking cannot abide maze levels
This is so amazing
Bookmarking this for in 6 months when Neave is a gwent master and looping the heid off Detlaff

You say that now. It might not be this play through because it took me a few goes to get into it but you'll eventually get well into it guaranteed. I am thinking about starting off a new save soon.
It does seem a bit futile when I don't play games that often. Had fucking memorised those narrated lines on the load screen after about 15 mins playtime
Probably need the story more than I do the challenge the now anyway, and from what I hear it's immense. The Mrs is moving out in a few days so she doesn't infect us from work, so I'll have a bit more time to sink into it soon.
Aye it's not Dark Souls like. Combat's probably the most generic part of the game and the highest difficulty doesn't make much difference to the bosses*, just means frustrating yourself dying a hundred times to four wolves surrounding you.
*nb: didn't get as far as Olgierd, Dettlaff or that fucking frog

It is. Could be 2050 before we see off Ultimate Weapon (no, not VS).

Also did this. Haven't tried to play a game yet though - couldn't take it all in at the time
