Think NBA 2K20 is £4 on the PS4 store just now. Not a great game but worth it for that price.

Nah can't be arsed with gears there's too much going on as it is

I put it on the easy difficulty that it was on as default (20?) but I was rinsing them all by about 30 seconds, lapping the back by lap 12 .  Put it up to 50 and took brake assist and traction control aff, I've got a dece control of the car now but can't get any decent times at all

Do career mode if you can, it's quite enjoyable for an offline game.

Morph, with the assists and manual gears your lap times will go down quite quickly, get on Time Trial and do lap after lap to get it down as it's pure muscle memory after a certain point.
