There's a player in there, he won't show it until Levein is gone.

Nothing to do with Levein. Levein will be the most supportive manager he'll ever have in his career.
He closed down more and did a greater proportion of his job as a midfielder today. Would love to get rid of him and get a real player in there. Hopefully Naismith and Haring will be back soon.

Just reading an article that we had to fork out nearly £200k for him.
Time for him to step up to the plate.

As when he gets the ball and goes and commits opponents then he looks a player. When he gets it and plays nothing passes and looks backward he's not as good.

Didn't see the game.
Still hate him. No smiley.

He definitely has ability, just needs to work on mentality and seems he has been doing that.

Sounds like the boo boys are keeping this sports psychologist in a job! How many players have we said over the years “there's a player in there but...â€. I would still give him a chance under a new manager in a new system but just now he is poor in leveins team. If he can't handle the fans then maybe hearts isn't for him, I don't mean that in a way that makes him out to be a wimp but that's something just about every player will be on the end of at one point. I hope he turns it around and goes on to be class but just now it's problematic that he seems like he cannot be dropped. It probably doesn't help as well when the managers are bigging him up before signing and comparing him to guys like Dele Alli. Happened with vanecek as well, the management need to do a much better job of managing expectations with new signings because we were expecting Sean Clare to be this stand out 'mercurial' player. I actually feel bad for him that it's effecting him so much, but the fans are angry just now and that's going to extend to players they don't feel are giving it 100% and at times Clare looks like he doesn't give a fuck. It might be too late for Clare with the fans tbh, there were old guys next to me praying he was injured when he went down or that mcgregor would clatter him so he had to go off.

Paying for a psychologist now too. He's hardly Mauricio Pinilla.
What i'd give to have boys like Lafferty who are just jakes who pull the strip on and rattle in the goals.

Seems like Sean Clare gives Sean Clare a harder time than he deserves.

Lets not go in on someone for being in a shite head space at work now
We've all been there, if that's how he's feeling he needs to get help to get over it but it's something that isn't going to stop at Tynie. The fans can be brutal and even more so when the atmosphere around the club is as low as it has been.

I am happy that he's seeing a psychologist, knowing the waiting list for mental health in NHS Lothian, I hope he's funding this himself out of his own wages and not paid for by the club. Lots of people can't afford private treatment, but he certainly has the means to.
Good luck to him, I hope he finds peace.

"... owner Ann Budge who comes round and gives advice to the players..."
What? If she's not in the front row of the team pic she's now at the training ground in her tracksuit giving out advice gems? PS. The Motherwell CEO won SPFL Chairman of the year. And nobody knows his name. Hint.

What a totally weird thing to say Scott. If his employer is paying for him to see a psychologist then it's pretty standard.

Quicker we get this guy up to speed the better as we're going to get relegated if it's not sorted pronto.

He's a massive Motherwell fan and has done just about every job going in the club according to a 'Well supporter in work. She said that he's also very approachable and a genuinely nice guy who always has the good of the club and it's fans at the core of everything he does. Hope we can find someone like that soon.
