We have to be nicer to each other Dred, you're a good guy so I know you wouldn't be winding up AP to be horrible.

This place is almost boiling over with near feuds the past couple days it's sad to see.  I think we should all aim to try and have a positive impression on each other at least once a day rather than the other way about.

I will start - I think AP is a committed fan and even though we might disagree sometimes I value his opinion on the club and he is handsome.

If there's one thing I find totally believable, it's that an SPL dressing room would be capable of taking the piss out of a manager's poor English. That atmosphere is just conducive to acting like children - it's why mad authoritarians normally make such good managers and are so respected by the players. We've all watched those Si Ferry interviews ffs - this is  a culture in which running around naked apropos of nothing is considered great banter.

Edit: as far as Stendel goes, I think he's probably been undermined from day one in a number of ways (at least by Levein/Budge, if not also some players). He came into a very difficult job. If we go down, he'll have failed to do that job and will still deserve to be held accountable. I think there are legitimate question marks over him now. I actually get the feeling most peopleon here aren't that far from agreeing with each other, but we're doing that internet thing where everyone ends up in caricatured versions of their own position.
