Quite interesting regarding the asymptomatic rate. I saw there was a meat factory in the US where 400 staff had tested positive and were asymptomatic. We really need to get the testing right as far, far more people have surely been infected than we know of.

I have no clue what his agenda is? Is he on the take from businesses to get folk back to work or is it the fact his private clinic won't be making any money while restrictions are in place? Genuinely don't see how an oncologist has been able to force his way on twitter as a voice of reason on the pandemic when his only qualification is being a dr with a blue tick

He's been highly critical of the NHS in the past as well. Seems to have a real disdain for it. Pretty sure his comments have been used in anti-Universal Healthcare vids that Republicans made for various US elections.

Going through his feed, he's seems very keen to have lockdown end. Was saying the other day that small businesses should be allowed to open immediately.

Being in Australia, it's horrific to see how the UK has handled this. The deaths over here are minuscule, per head of population, compared to Britain and the US. People here are watching on horrified at what is happening in Britain.

It's a scandal how it's been handled and I cant understand why so many people are apparently just settling for this huge death toll.

Boris and his crew are criminally negligent scumbags who should be getting dragged from Downing Street by angry mobs. Instead, he seems to be getting painted as a plucky survivor...of a virus he helped to negligently spread.
