How often do you change your bed covers?
I'm getting a bit obsessive over pillow cases now, i'm changing them every 3-4 days.
I don't think that's normal. 
7 days for the rest of it.

Satin pillowcases. Less abrasive on the skin. Real ones though. None of this satanelle pish.
