I’m agreeing with you bud I’ve always talked up mcinnes.

The only manager who out of the usual folk mentioned has actually delivered what was expected season after season, and even his “bad” seasons had them falling only slightly short of 3rd.

He would be my go to if Naismith goes, providing we don’t have better options of a bigger name like an Alec Neil or such, but these names are usually fantasy land and mcinnes would be much more realistic.
