He’s regularly spoke about both Smith & Ferguson’s influence on him. I’m sure that he spoke to Smith before knocking back the Rangers job too.

For all Magnusson's limitations, he gets about the park and does a great job making up numbers as a second striker by the time crosses arrive. Oisin doesn't have that and it stymied alot of how we play.

Maybe you swap the OF wins for winning the ‘easy’ games such as Killie and St Mirren.

At the end of the day you can’t criticise him but the stupid points he has dropped are frustrating as fuck.

Hard to criticise Del as he’s largely the reason we are where we are.

I will though He’s just overly conservative in games that don’t call for it. Killie should be shiteing it off us no the other way about. Feels like he’s being defending a metaphorical 1-0 lead in regards to our league position for too long and I feel it will bite us in the end.

He's rightly had plenty of praise for the positives - he's clearly a great man manager and has done a good job of keeping everyone happy in a huge squad, including a few who seem in the past to have been bad apples. For the most part we've shown good team spirit and risen to the big games.

The big negative is that he's far too cautious in games where we should be looking to impose ourselves on the opposition. There's no world in which Celtic or Rangers go to Killie aiming primarily to keep it tight at the back or go to St Mirren looking to nullify them. He's going into a title challenge with the mindset of a mid-table side's manager.
