I did a ctrl+F search for Scot/Scottish/Scotland in the report. One result with a line about the how the Russians may have attempted to interfere but no proof they did or if it was of any consequence.

I think part of the claim regarding the report is that the Russian intelligence services put it on Reddit Because that's how the Russians are undermining our democracy - sticking stuff on Reddit and hoping it gets picked up.
