Wee arseholes just have no concept of not living absolutely comfy their whole lives.  I am nowhere near the poverty line and have never wanted for anything during my upbringing, but I come from a household that was probably bringing in about 45k between them and live in a small 2 bedroom house.

If he's finding it difficult to do on 27k + his birds wage how on earth does he expect a similar young person who is making under 20 grand a year to do it?  Wish these idiots would open their eyes.

He's a very ugly individual who for some unfathomable reason has evidently decided that the world needs to hear him obnoxiously spouting his ill-informed views. Can't work out what you like so much about him, Prancer.

They saved just £12,500 which is more than doable in 1-2 years living with parents and saving, they've borrowed £25,000 from a government scheme that they'll presumably start paying back at a generous rate after 5 years (don't know the details of the scheme) and if a bank has offered them any first time buyer support they could be paying £600-700 a month.

That's not out of this world amounts of money and you'd think their joint income gets close to £50k pre-tax, it being London I can't imagine they'd have much money free at the end of the month so they better be committed to what will be a pretty grown up and thrill free life.

Buying a 4 bed room house is a strange one as well, makes me think they're planning on living in it for a period of time before securing consent to let and making a decent profit by renting out the property. That might be bollocks though, because I can't imagine the government scheme would permit that.
