Must of been a fire brigade party last night - not sure how they've managed to stick two engines on their side in the same field unless the road was blocked but you think they'd have mentioned that if it was the case

Horrific accident at the Olympic Park in Calgary last night. 8 lads decided to take their own sled on the bobsled run but unfortunately for them there was a large gate half way down, that separated the bobsled and luge tracks. 2 dead and 6 survivors. They're having difficulty identifying all those involved apparently, as the injuries, especially to the two that, passed were so horrific. First responders and survivors traumatised

I see a british guy died in the alps after taking the safety mat off a pylon for a ski lift and then sledging on it, straight into some trees. We used to do that when I was out there working, was great crack 5 or 6 of you would go on at a time, but looks like they got a bit carried away and took the mat up a pretty steep slope and didn't bail off in time. Grim.
