I think Acey is right about the whole circumcision thing as well - my chum had the snip when he was a kid so that wasn't an issue.

They boy wasn't even kicking off. Even if he was the actual suspect, she's decided to bypass taking hold of his other arm, trying any form of restraint, baton, CS spray and decided a taser to the face is the best option

Even if he was the suspect, and he was kicking off, he's still a 63 year old man and they're 2 trained police officers.

The video itself is shocking with no context. Once you add they got the wrong guy, he was just going into his house, and he's the race relations guy, its ridiculous. Can't understand what she was thinking.

Particularly given your meant to shout that before you fire it

Police are fucking maniacs, I just try and avoid them completely, they don't listen to reason or behave like normal people, total fucking nutters.
