You been before, Walt?  I have to say it can be a decent night sometimes.  Me, my old man and my uncle usually go and make a night of it - a few scoops before and after the event.  if you can ignore the JW's you're surrounded by you can enjoy yourself.  The old boy that conducts it can be a bit hopeless and dull but so long as the bar is open and you can get wired in it's always a good affair.

The only grievance is that its usually a wasted opportunity to grill the top brass on things and mongos end up asking daft shit like WHAT'S THE CATERING OPTIONS IN THE NEW STAND? and such like.  A THF table would be very   in future.

Have been a couple of times with my old man, quite a decent night tbf, and you get a wee scran and a few beers, get some chat about the hearts and that. Agree with HTG about the guests, the budge one about the new stand was quite good, including the well known KBer's JW questions.
