The signings are dross. Look, if they all turn into gems I'll be the first to hail Leveins genius but this is legitimately horrifying for the average punter. As 2na says, we can all look forward to years of paying these guys wages if it doesn't work out.

I think Levein likes working with a batch of muck because he can be seen as getting the most out of them when he takes them to 5th or 6th in the table.

Also, folk are underestimating how lacking in depth our squad is, boys like Henderson and Moore are no where near ready to be in squads never mind starting games.

You get the feeling that Levein is constantly chasing the chance to prove his genius by finding the new Paul Hartley.

The depth needs addressed but we also need quality. We aren't going to sign 3 or 4 good players now I'm afraid. And if Lafferty or Naismith don't appear next season that is one grim looking team. Adao and Skinny are goners so we are already weaker. It's all being done on the cheap.
