One of the managers at my Mrs' work has been in Italy for the last week and apparently doesn't feel well but as of yesterday was fully planning on going to work today

My boss has been in Italy for the past week skiing. I think his flight has been grounded for a week.

You'd have to assume that irrespective of whether you are showing any signs or not, anybody that has travelled to those countries with virus hot spots, should be right down their local testing centre pronto.
