A lot of senior Dems have come out against him running again so probably just a matter of time at this point.

A joke that it ever got to this stage but better to get him out now than stumble to defeat in November. Kamala Harris is probably the only other candidate that might struggle against Trump so watch her get anointed at the convention.

If there'd been a real primary in the summer, all of this could have been avoided and we'd be looking at a landslide.

Other strong candidates would be Gretchen Whitmer (Michigan) and JB Pritzker (Illinois). Both popular governors of large(ish) states who'd wipe the floor with Trump.
