Ohhh, knew there was another, Mountainhead, tech bros hang in the mountains. Was decent enough, snappy dialogue, etc for two-thirds of its length, then just got silly. It basically slots in around Downsizing, on what side I cant decide.

Got around to watching Challengers yesterday. It was fine but I don't respect tennis so couldn't really get into it.

First time I've seen that zendaya and had the slightest clue why anyone gives a fuck about her was Challengers. Good film, but if I want homoerotic tension then the same guy directed Call Me By Your Name.

Gladiator 2

You'll not watch the fight scenes again a few years down the line, but it's a decent movie.

Had been quite looking forward to it and the reviews were good but aye thought it was bang average at best. Some of the cuts during the action scenes were odd and it just wasn't what I expected. Another one coming out in January apparently so will see if it can redeem itself from that ending  Monty Ha

Nothing I saw made me think I need to see the sequel. I don't know if it's been butchered in the edit as a result of both films being done back to back but it was a mess. The whole Saville bit at the end was the biggest Wiggo I've ever pulled in my puff

Was away seeing it with my daughter tonight, absolutely shite! Bizarre ending and just totally butchered so it can spin out another sequel. annb

The whole cutting the graphics when things were happening. Wiggo

I’d rank it lower than Final Destination: Bloodlines ffs. Fat Cunt

Went on Wednesday and am of the same opinion. Disappointing as the first one is excellent. 28 weeks was decent but not a patch on 28 Days.

The nod to Jimmy Savile at the end is utterly bizarre.

It was entertaining enough if you don't know the sport. If you are an F1 fan, its absolutely ridiculous Laugh

Wargames, its been 40 odd years but I enjoyed it, did it for Madsen. Seen where Broderick got his mammy's boy fake shit patter to his parents from for Ferris a few yrs later.

Also watched The Phoenician Scheme, typical Wes Anderson flick bu tat least this one made sense, unlike his last weird af Utah desert yin.

I sat for about half an hour the day trying to make my mind up whether or not I've seen a film where Arnold Schwarzenegger gets pregant or if the whole thing was a figment of my imagination.

Really enjoyed it, it’s just a fun comic book movie and is back to the lighter Christopher Reeves films

Read a review of it a week or so back, and they raved! Raved that the CGI was incredible, like out worldly (did you see it on IMAX, Groot?), and the relationship between thingy and Lois Lane crackled every time they were in proximity. I had to read another couple to make sure it wasn't a parody. But it might be the first I actually trudge along and see outside my home in years.
