Does he win a medal with St Johnstone? I'm sure not, but if he did it would be funny

Honestly what a beamer from Bobby cutting about as if he had any part to play in them winning the cup

Quite enjoy him doing a Rob Green tbh.

Should have gone full kit like Terry.

Found his level amirite?

I think he has potential but who is paying £300k for him at this point? Second half of the season was a non event for him.

Think he would have a dece future at hearts if he continues to develop but he's not at the level say funk was to get a move down south and get first team football.
He'd be daft to move but 300k for him would probably be about his worth I don't think he's a 1m+ player at the moment.

Can't say I've worried about Irving leaving.
Can we just go and get Lafferty now? I'd like to avoid another relegation scrap if possible. He knows how to score goals in Scotland.

Is signing players from relegated teams the best way to ensure you're not in a relegation scrap
![]() I would've taken him in a heartbeat in the championship but at some point we're going to have to accept lafferty isn't the answer. Wish he had stayed instead of going to rangers and we got more time out of him, there was def a period where he could've come back but i think we need to move on from him now

No rep, no problem

I think signing a proven goalscorer at this level, who has just had a red hot streak in a shite team and is a fan's favourite, would be a good idea.

Ideally I'd like us to find a better striker who is younger but I've no confidence of us doing that based upon the last 10 transfer windows.

He's 34 this year. Need to move on and stop looking backwards imo.
All we've done is complain about how auld the squad is, nae pace about it at all and how it lets it down. Lafferty isn't the answer to that. I was his biggest fan and wanted him back every time he came available but if we're serious about really kicking on and properly sorting the team out I don't think lafferty is the type of guy we should be signing. Would take him if he was happy to be a squad player but I'd want us to be signing another striker alongside him.

Really don't care about the ages if they can play. Old cunts with no desire looking for or hanging on for coaching jobs can get to fuck though.
