Think today should hopefully have shown that we can't use murrayfield for these diddy fixtures. Better get a rocket up the boys building the stand

I'll take that jjay

Horrible game of football. As AP said early on, it was always going to be a different atmosphere to the one against Aberdeen, and I'd be amazed if you could hear anything but murmuring on the radio. It was better in the second half, and we made more effort to play it on the ground. Brandon looked out of his depth in the first few minutes, and Saints targeted him, but he grew into the game. The young subs player their part as well. Cochrane made a few errors, and I think he was held back by a really harsh early booking. Henderson did brilliantly for the goal, winning two 50/50 balls before sending it into the middle.

We were fortunate that St Johnstone's deliveries were awful, and a better team could have had a few. However, it's a good day Quite Good

That goal totally changes how I feel about the game, it was proper shite for most of the match.

Really wasn't liking these long balls to Lafferty on the left, think he only managed to flick on one or two at most all game. Problem is, I think Goncalves is much better through the middle two but we'll not play two upfront.

Agree with Hank on Brandon, really grew into the game well and looked very composed. Thought Henderson looked impressive for the little time he was on,  stocky player and looks like he's a nightmare to play against, did well to take a poor Walker pass on, use his strength and keep the play alive that lead to the goal.

Think we just about deserved a 1-0 win, it masks a lot of frustration with some of the play we had and the wasted chances.
