tbh individual people saying they won't return - for the rest of the board and senior employees if they ask themselves "who would I rather lose - that specific fan or the Chair and the DoF and Manager?" they won't even bother answering. Significant numbers of fans have to let them know they're unhappy before the question gets as far as an answer. Will need more, and saying it in a way that the club hears it.
